THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON TRAININGS, E-DOC PDF'S, TEMPLATES,  AND/OR CLASSES.

In the event, you are unsatisfied with the training purchase, you must cancel within 24 hours of purchase of the training, and a refund will be evaluated at the owner's discretion. At that point, if a refund is granted, an administrative fee and a cancellation fee OF $100.00 WILL BE APPLIED.

All Products, services, and training purchases are non-refundable.

Upon Purchase of Trainings, E-Docs, Templates, any and all products on and off the website, every paid customer will receive a payment confirmation receipt as proof of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Silas D&A Enterprises LLC, to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Silas D&A Enterprises LLC, may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
